The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NAMVEXO LLC, operating under the trade name NAMVEXO. NAMVEXO operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, services, digital content, custom order services, and customer support offered through this website and related channels.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them, explain your rights and responsibilities when you access or use our website, place an order, request a custom product, purchase a digital file, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.

NAMVEXO is powered by Shopify, which helps us operate our online store and provide checkout, payment, hosting, and related services.

By visiting, browsing, purchasing from, communicating with, or using any part of our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on our website.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you should not use our website or services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our website or services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may be asked to provide certain information when using our website, placing an order, requesting a custom order, or contacting us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, payment information, custom order details, files, images, logos, dimensions, and other information needed to complete your request.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete, and legally permitted for you to provide.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or share your account access with another person without authorization.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS

NAMVEXO offers 3D printed products, made-to-order items, custom products, personalized products, digital files if offered, accessories, decor, organizational items, gifts, business pieces, and related products or services.

We make reasonable efforts to display product photos, descriptions, dimensions, colors, materials, finishes, and other details accurately. However, product appearance may vary based on screen settings, lighting, photography, material availability, print settings, production method, and natural variation in 3D printed items.

Colors, finishes, surface texture, minor layer lines, small cosmetic variations, and slight differences between product photos and the finished item may occur. These are normal parts of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects unless the product page clearly states otherwise.

All product descriptions, prices, options, materials, colors, finishes, production times, and availability may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, limit, refuse, or cancel any product, service, custom request, digital item, or order at our discretion.

SECTION 3 - 3D PRINTED PRODUCT NOTICE

NAMVEXO products are 3D printed unless otherwise stated. 3D printed products may include small layer lines, slight color variation, minor surface texture, small support/contact marks, and tiny cosmetic differences.

Unless the product page clearly states otherwise, NAMVEXO products are not intended for:

Medical use
Protective or safety-critical use
High-heat environments
Direct flame exposure
Dishwashers
Food-contact use
Heavy load-bearing use
Vehicle safety use
Child safety use
Electrical safety use
Weapon-related use
Any use where failure could cause injury, damage, or loss

Customers are responsible for using products only for their intended purpose and following any product-specific care, safety, mounting, and use instructions.

Damage caused by misuse, improper mounting, high heat, hot cars, direct flame, heavy impact, improper cleaning, modification, or use outside the intended purpose is not covered as a defect.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOM ORDERS AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Custom Orders and Personalized Products are products or services made specifically for a customer based on customer-provided details, files, names, logos, images, text, dimensions, colors, requests, modifications, or special instructions.

Custom Orders and Personalized Products may include, but are not limited to:

Name-based items
Logo-based items
Text-based items
Measurement-based items
Special size requests
Special color requests
Modified designs
One-off designs
Business branding items
Customer-provided files
Digital design work
Personalized gifts
Special production requests

By submitting a custom request, you confirm that all information, text, images, logos, files, references, and instructions you provide are accurate and that you have the legal right to use and provide them.

You grant NAMVEXO permission to use the materials you provide solely as needed to review, design, quote, produce, fulfill, support, or communicate about your order.

We may refuse or cancel any custom order request that we believe may violate law, infringe intellectual property rights, create safety concerns, involve prohibited or restricted items, include hateful or abusive content, or otherwise conflict with our policies.

Custom Orders and Personalized Products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once a Custom Order or Personalized Product enters production, it usually cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOMER-PROVIDED FILES, LOGOS, AND DESIGNS

If you provide a logo, image, design, file, model, text, artwork, or other material to NAMVEXO, you represent and warrant that:

You own the material or have permission to use it
The material does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, privacy right, publicity right, or other right
The material is not unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, hateful, or otherwise prohibited
The material can legally be used for the requested product or service

You are responsible for claims, losses, damages, fees, or expenses that arise from materials you provide to us.

NAMVEXO is not responsible for verifying ownership or licensing of customer-provided materials.

SECTION 6 - DIGITAL FILES

NAMVEXO may offer digital files, downloads, 3D model files, STL files, templates, or other digital content.

Digital products are not physical products unless the listing clearly states otherwise.

Digital files are final sale once delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available, unless required by law.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, copy, license, modify for resale, or commercially exploit NAMVEXO digital files unless you have written permission from NAMVEXO.

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer ownership of the design, intellectual property, copyright, or commercial rights unless the product page or written agreement clearly states otherwise.

SECTION 7 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products or services.

NAMVEXO reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, limit, or modify any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, prohibited use, custom order concerns, policy violations, or other business reasons.

Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance or begin processing the order. We must receive and process payment before fulfilling an order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may be unable to change or cancel an order after it is placed, especially if production has started.

If we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided with the order.

Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

SECTION 8 - CANCELLATIONS

Eligible orders may be canceled within 1 hour after purchase.

After 1 hour, cancellation may not be available because production, preparation, customization, or fulfillment may begin quickly.

Custom Orders, Personalized Products, Digital Files, Final Sale items, Clearance items, and special-request items may not be eligible for cancellation.

NAMVEXO may cancel an order at its discretion if the order cannot be fulfilled, violates our policies, creates safety concerns, involves prohibited or restricted items, includes suspected fraud, contains incorrect pricing, or is otherwise not suitable for fulfillment.

SECTION 9 - PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, product options, shipping costs, taxes, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice.

The price charged for a product or service will generally be the price shown at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of errors.

Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include shipping, handling, taxes, customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges that may apply.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, billing, and shipping information.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that payment information is true, correct, and complete.

SECTION 10 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Production time and shipping time are separate. Many NAMVEXO products are made to order, and production may begin after your order is placed.

Delivery dates and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

NAMVEXO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, incomplete addresses, customer unavailability, payment delays, supply issues, or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is refused, returned to sender, lost due to an incorrect address, or undeliverable because of customer-provided information, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

SECTION 11 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier fees, VAT, local taxes, or other charges.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

NAMVEXO is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, refused customs clearance, or local legal requirements in the customer’s country.

Customers are responsible for confirming that products can legally be imported and used in their location.

SECTION 12 - FINAL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

Items marked Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Final Sale and Clearance items may include discounted products, limited-stock items, discontinued items, sample items, prototype items, special promotional items, custom items, or other products identified as final sale.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED USES

You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes.

You may not use our website, products, digital files, custom order services, or communications to:

Violate any law, rule, regulation, or ordinance
Infringe intellectual property rights
Submit stolen, unauthorized, or infringing files
Request illegal, harmful, unsafe, or restricted products
Request products intended for unlawful use
Request products that create unreasonable safety risks
Request products for weapon-related, safety-critical, or regulated uses unless expressly approved by NAMVEXO in writing
Harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or harm another person
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
Scrape, copy, extract, or misuse website content
Attempt to bypass security features
Interfere with website functionality
Use our products or services in a way that could expose NAMVEXO, Shopify, customers, or others to liability

NAMVEXO may refuse, cancel, or restrict any order or custom request that we believe violates these Terms, our policies, applicable law, platform rules, payment processor rules, shipping carrier rules, or safety standards.

SECTION 14 - PRODUCT SAFETY AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for using all NAMVEXO products safely and only for their intended purpose.

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, NAMVEXO products are not certified for medical, protective, safety-critical, automotive safety, food-contact, electrical, structural, weapon-related, or high-risk uses.

Customers are responsible for installation, mounting, placement, handling, care, cleaning, supervision, and use of products after delivery.

NAMVEXO is not responsible for injury, damage, loss, or misuse resulting from improper use, improper mounting, modification, heat exposure, impact, negligence, or use outside the intended purpose.

SECTION 15 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website, brand name, logos, product names, product photos, graphics, text, designs, digital files, product descriptions, layout, content, videos, images, and other materials are owned by NAMVEXO, its licensors, or other rights holders.

You may use the website for personal, lawful, non-commercial shopping purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell, resell, license, download, store, scrape, or exploit any part of the website, products, designs, digital files, photos, branding, or content without prior written permission from NAMVEXO.

NAMVEXO’s name, logos, designs, product names, slogans, and brand elements may not be used without written permission.

SECTION 16 - LIMITED LICENSE FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

When you purchase a digital product from NAMVEXO, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital file for personal use only, unless the listing clearly states that commercial use is allowed.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, sublicense, copy, or commercially exploit digital products without written permission from NAMVEXO.

Digital product access may be limited, removed, or revoked if we believe the file has been misused or shared improperly.

SECTION 17 - FEEDBACK, REVIEWS, AND SUBMISSIONS

If you submit reviews, photos, feedback, suggestions, ideas, comments, testimonials, or other content to NAMVEXO, you grant NAMVEXO a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, modify, distribute, and promote that content for business, marketing, product improvement, and service purposes.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and NAMVEXO, including any injury, damage, loss, claim, return, refund, product issue, custom order issue, digital file issue, or dispute related to products or services purchased from NAMVEXO.

By using our website and services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with NAMVEXO.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAMVEXO’s total liability for any claim related to an order, product, service, or digital file will not exceed the amount you paid to NAMVEXO for the specific item or service giving rise to the claim.

SECTION 25 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NAMVEXO, Shopify, and our owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, suppliers, licensors, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, fees, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from:
