NAMVEXO products

What does NAMVEXO make?

NAMVEXO creates made-to-order and custom 3D printed products for home organization, desk setups, gaming spaces, decor, personalized gifts, pet areas, kitchens, workshops, and small-business branding. The catalog includes practical organizers, display pieces, stands, holders, decorative objects, and personalized designs.

Are NAMVEXO products really 3D printed?

Yes, unless a product page clearly states otherwise. NAMVEXO products are generally produced through a layered 3D printing process, so small layer lines, light surface texture, minor support marks, and slight cosmetic variation can be normal.

What does made to order mean?

Made to order means an item may be produced after checkout instead of being pulled from finished inventory. This allows NAMVEXO to offer more colors, sizes, finishes, and personalization options, but production time must be completed before shipping begins.

Do you offer personalized 3D printed gifts and custom products?

Yes. NAMVEXO reviews requests involving names, text, logos, colors, dimensions, practical organizers, display pieces, gifts, desk accessories, gaming setup items, decor, and business branding. Visit the Custom 3D Printing page to prepare a request.

Before delivery

Orders and production time

How long does NAMVEXO 3D printing production take?

Standard production time is usually 2 to 5 business days before shipping. Larger items, detailed prints, multi-piece products, personalized orders, custom designs, and larger quantities can require additional time.

Is production time the same as shipping or delivery time?

No. Production time covers making, checking, and packing the item. Shipping time begins only after the completed order is handed to the carrier, and the final delivery estimate depends on the shipping method and destination.

How will I know when my order ships?

You should receive an order confirmation after checkout. When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation may be sent after the order is ready and transferred to the carrier. Carrier tracking can take time to begin updating.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Eligible orders may be canceled within 1 hour after purchase. Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after that point because production or preparation can begin quickly, and custom or personalized orders usually cannot be changed once production starts.

How do I choose the correct size, color, style, or product option?

Review the product description, dimensions, compatibility notes, variant labels, photos, and care information before ordering. Measure the intended space or item when fit matters. Contact NAMVEXO before checkout if a measurement or compatibility detail is unclear.

Made for your idea

Custom 3D printing and personalization

How do I request a custom 3D printed product?

Email contact@namvexo.com or use the contact page. Explain the intended use, approximate dimensions, quantity, preferred color, finish, deadline, and any helpful photos, sketches, logos, or files. NAMVEXO will review feasibility, material choice, production needs, and safety limits.

What information should I include in a custom 3D printing request?

Include the product idea, how it will be used, exact measurements when fit matters, preferred colors, quantity, target date, and reference images or files. For personalized text, verify spelling and capitalization. For logo work, provide the clearest authorized file available.

Can NAMVEXO add a name, logo, custom text, or special dimensions?

Many requests involving names, logos, custom text, colors, or dimensions can be reviewed. Approval depends on design feasibility, intended use, intellectual-property permission, material limits, and production requirements.

Can I send an STL file, 3D model, sketch, or reference photo?

Yes, supporting files can be submitted for review. You must own the file or have permission to use it. A provided file is not automatically guaranteed to be printable; geometry, dimensions, strength, supports, material, and intended use still need review.

Are custom and personalized 3D printed products returnable?

Custom orders and personalized products are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Review names, spelling, dimensions, colors, files, and instructions carefully before approving or placing a customized order.

Finish and longevity

3D printing materials and product care

What 3D printing materials does NAMVEXO use?

NAMVEXO commonly works with PLA, PETG, TPU, and specialty finishes depending on the product. The material used for a specific item should be confirmed in its listing or with support because appearance, flexibility, toughness, heat behavior, and intended use vary by material.

What is the difference between PLA, PETG, and TPU?

PLA is often selected for clean detail and indoor decorative or organizational products. PETG can provide added toughness for functional uses. TPU is flexible and can be used where bend, grip, cushion, or softer contact is useful. Product design and intended use matter as much as the material name.

Are layer lines and small surface marks normal on 3D printed products?

Yes. Layer lines, light texture, minor support or contact marks, tiny cosmetic differences, and slight color variation are normal characteristics of layered 3D printing and are not automatically defects.

Will the color and finish look exactly like the product photos?

Photos are a close visual guide, but screens, lighting, photography, filament batches, print orientation, and normal manufacturing variation can affect how color and texture appear. Small differences between photos and the finished item can occur.

How do I clean a 3D printed product?

Unless the listing gives different instructions, wipe the item gently with a dry or lightly damp soft cloth. Avoid dishwashers, soaking, abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, and very hot water. Review the 3D Printing Materials & Care guide for more detail.

Are NAMVEXO 3D prints dishwasher safe or food safe?

Do not assume a product is dishwasher safe or approved for direct food contact. Unless the product page explicitly states otherwise, keep it out of dishwashers and do not use it for direct food-contact applications.

Can 3D printed products be left in a hot car, near a heater, or outdoors?

Unless a listing specifically approves the environment, keep products away from hot cars, direct flame, ovens, heaters, prolonged strong sunlight, and other high-heat conditions. Outdoor suitability depends on the material, design, weather exposure, and intended use.

Can I use a NAMVEXO product for safety-critical, structural, or heavy load-bearing use?

Only when the product page clearly states that the item was designed and approved for that use. Standard NAMVEXO products should not be assumed suitable for medical, protective, structural, electrical, vehicle-safety, child-safety, or other high-risk applications.

After production

Shipping, returns, refunds, and support

Does NAMVEXO ship internationally?

International shipping may be available to eligible destinations when a shipping option appears at checkout. Availability can depend on the product, package, carrier, destination, local rules, and current checkout settings.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using the destination, package size and weight, order contents, shipping method, and carrier options available at that time.

Who pays international customs duties, VAT, or import fees?

International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, carrier fees, and destination-country fees unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Customs processing can also affect delivery timing.

What is the return window for an eligible standard product?

Return requests for eligible standard products must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged, unmodified, clean, and in the condition received. Approval is required before sending anything back.

Does NAMVEXO offer exchanges?

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. For an eligible standard item, the usual path is to request an approved return and place a new order for the preferred option. Approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be replaced when appropriate.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact NAMVEXO within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue. Keep the item and packaging until the review is complete.

How long do approved refunds take?

After an approved return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Allow up to 10 business days after approval for processing; the bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

How do I contact NAMVEXO customer support?

Email contact@namvexo.com or use the Contact NAMVEXO page. For order support, include the order number, product name, checkout email, and a clear explanation. Add photos when the question involves fit, damage, or an incorrect item.
